Terms of Use

Last updated: 5 September 2026

Provider and scope

Bidar is provided by Ali Talebpoor Amirhandeh, trading as Ahura, Hamburg, Germany. Contact: [ایمیل / email]. These terms govern bidar.ahura.cloud, accounts, the digital book and related features.

Product and delivery

The public encyclopedia is free. The current paid offer is a personal, non-transferable licence unlocking the Bidar digital book and the reader features described on the purchase page. Access is attached to the buyer email after payment confirmation. It is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal.

Price and payment

The product, included features, total price, currency, tax and one-time or recurring nature are shown before the final purchase button; no charge occurs without express confirmation. If Paddle is shown at checkout, Paddle is merchant of record and its buyer terms also govern the transaction. Paddle is not used for donations, credits or tokens.

Account and licence

Provide accurate information and keep sign-in links secure. The licence is for personal use only. Resale, public sharing of access, bypassing access controls, bulk scraping or republishing the book is prohibited.

Contributions and intellectual property

You retain ownership of your contribution but grant Bidar a non-exclusive licence to host, display, edit, translate and preserve what you submit. Submit only material you may lawfully use. Bidar's brand, code, design and original editorial content remain with their respective rights holders.

Information and AI

Bidar is an educational and research resource, not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Sources and AI output can be incomplete or wrong; verify primary sources and consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, upload malware, harass, impersonate others, attack the service, perform harmful automated extraction or seek unauthorised access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Availability and third parties

We work for reliable access but maintenance, security events or third-party failures can interrupt the service. External links, AI providers and payment processors also operate under their own terms.

Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

The book purchase does not renew. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Our voluntary refund promise and request process at /legal/refund form part of these terms.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect loss is limited. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, or mandatory consumer rights. German law applies without removing mandatory protections of the consumer's country of residence.

Changes and contact

The current version and date appear here. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be communicated appropriately. Legal or support questions: [ایمیل / email].
