Refund and Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy covers the one-time licence for the Bidar digital book. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Paddle is not used for open-ended donations, credits or tokens.

Before purchase

The delivered features, total price, currency and tax are shown before final checkout confirmation. Access is activated after successful payment confirmation.

Voluntary 14-day promise

For your first book purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment by emailing [ایمیل / email]. Include the order number and purchase email. This voluntary promise does not limit statutory rights.

Statutory withdrawal rights

Mandatory EU consumer rights remain unaffected. If checkout asks for immediate digital supply and acknowledgement of its effect on the withdrawal right, it applies only where valid consent and acknowledgement were given. The voluntary promise above still applies.

Duplicate charge or technical failure

A duplicate or incorrect charge, non-delivery, or a material unresolved defect qualifies for a refund. We may first offer a reasonable fix unless a fix is impossible or applicable law requires an immediate refund.

How refunds are processed

For a Paddle purchase, use the support link in the Paddle receipt or email us. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank/provider posting times vary. A refund revokes the paid licence but leaves the free account available.
